Dear Hotel Madrid offered a perfect Madrid experience with its central location and phenomenal rooftop views. The upgraded room was stylish and comfortable. Despite minor issues with noise and service, the hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent amenities made for a memorable stay.

During our recent visit to Madrid to explore the city's cultural attractions, we stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was truly incredible, with stunning views of the castle and main street from our room on the 11th floor. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, with special thanks to Bea for her exceptional service. The modern rooms, delicious breakfast, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with panoramic views were highlights of our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable Madrid experience.

I had a delightful stay at Dear Hotel Madrid. The view from the rooftop terrace was stunning, and the reception staff were superb. The pool was small, but the comfy modern room and close proximity to the Royal Palace made up for it.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Madrid near Plaza de Espana, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room had a comfortable temperature and offered a variety of TV channels in different languages. The rooftop terrace provided a stunning view of the city. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay despite minor room size issues and lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

The spot of this hotel is A1; you can walk to all key must-see spots and great watering holes, shops, Metro are close by. The squad is super friendly, always there to lend a hand. The rooms are pristine, and I gotta say, that hair dryer did wonders without frying my locks. The cherry on top is that rooftop with the bomb city views! 🌆 The rooftop pool and sun terrace were the bomb for chilling. Only bummer was the double beds being a tad on the smaller side, but nothing that ruined my vibe.

The rooftop offers amazing views of the city, especially during sunset at 19h30. the location is perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. Improvement could be made in the size of the bed and the cleanliness of the pool area.

The hotel's location near Plaza Espana was perfect. The staff was friendly, and the room design was modern and comfortable. However, some minor issues like bathroom cleanliness and slow elevators were noted. A recommended stay with great views and attentive service.

From the moment we arrived, we felt well-taken care of by the delightful staff. Our room was nothing short of spectacular with its beautiful balcony overlooking the city. the restaurant on the 14th floor provided an excellent dining experience, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Special thanks to the friendly and professional staff members who made our stay incredibly comfortable. the rooftop bar was the cherry on top of a fantastic stay, offering magnificent views and a great selection of drinks.

One minor improvement could be to provide a wider selection of pillows for guests to choose from, catering to different preferences. ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area could enhance the guest experience.

I chose Dear Hotel for its proximity to the Prado National Museum, but was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary high-speed WiFi that allowed me to plan my visits easily. The buffet with Ibérico ham and organic yogurts was a delightful culinary experience, and the sky pool and panoramic terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere with stunning city views.

Poor breakfast experience.

Dear Hotel stole a pizza my heart with their Neapolitan slice of heaven! The staff, like Maria, were beyond helpful, ensuring I had all the amenities for a fab stay. The rooftop bar served killer cocktails with a view to die for. Despite the elevator hustle, the hustle and bustle of Gran Via added charm to the experience. Viva Madrid!

Always my choice. Helpful staff made carrying luggage easy. All needed amenities: Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, pool, gym, laundry. Perfect fit. Room, service, all excellent. Coming back for New Year.

Just stayed at an incredible hotel on Gran Via with a rooftop pool and friendly staff. The view was breathtaking! Would DEFINITELY choose it again. Even better than in photos!

Loved the prime downtown location and the exceptional service from the friendly and efficient staff. The incredible rooftop pool and sun terrace were fantastic spots for relaxation, offering stunning city views. The only downside was the slightly rowdy crowd at the rooftop bar; fortunately, it didn't affect the overall fantastic experience! 🌟

I encountered someone unexpectedly evicted from the premises; they were served breakfast on Individual plates and glasses. The loud guest was asked to leave. A buffet provided Ibérico ham, but the main dish is exquisite. The interiors are effortlessly stylish. I enjoyed contemplating life from the plunge pool on the rooftop. A vanguard key unlocked delightful surprises. My husband and child found it all pleasurable. Viva España!

Superb modern Mediterranean food with dishes including tomato tartare with Monte Enebro goat's cheese. I felt like I was on a culinary adventure, each dish a masterpiece. The flavors danced on my palate, and I couldn't help but savor every bite. It was an exquisite dining experience that I won't soon forget!

For a 4-star hotel, drinks at the pool bar area are served in individual plates and glasses protected.

The hotel's location was unbeatable with easy access to attractions and the metro. The room size and bed were impressive. Interaction with the staff was mostly smooth. However, the towels placement in the bathroom and weekend pricing were drawbacks. The noise from emergency sirens was bothersome at night. The bed was a bit soft, but luckily no backache. The car rental place nearby and breakfast joints were convenient. Overall, the experience was made exceptional by the attentive and efficient receptionist Esther and the hotel's cleanliness and comfort. Thank you, Dear Hotel team, for a memorable stay!

The cozy and well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. The stunning rooftop pool and bar offered breathtaking views of Madrid, and the fitness center provided a perfect place to unwind and stay active during my stay. The central location was convenient for exploring the city, and the professional and attentive staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

Front of house staff was friendly, offering excellent service. the rooftop pool/bar area and plunge pool are great for a quick dip. a fantastic stay with helpful staff and ideal location for exploring the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - right next to a metro station and close to the center of the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and bar with spectacular views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast was exceptional - a wide selection of delicious and beautifully presented food.

We loved how this place is located at the top of Gran Via, just next to Plaza de Espana metro station. We enjoyed a leisurely swim in the outdoor infinity pool with amazing views before lounging in the sun terrace area. Our room was soundproofed, had a comfortable sitting area and included an in-room safe, ironing facilities, and heating. The staff gave us exceptional service and provided us with tour and ticket assistance.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great location and excellent service in this city.

This hotel is conveniently located near many of the main attractions, with easy access to public transportation. The rooms are well-designed and clean, featuring modern amenities. The rooftop terrace provides a great view of the surrounding area, and the pool is a nice touch for relaxation.

The hotel may not feel authentically Spanish in design and atmosphere.

The hotel had a great central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. the metro stop right outside the door was a major plus, and we found ourselves walking to many attractions. the cleanliness of the building and rooms was outstanding, and the daily housekeeping service was commendable.

The issue with the deposit refund. We were told that the refund would take 7 days, but it has been over a month and we still haven't received it.

The room was amazing, with a king size bed and a comfy sofa for my little one. The view from our terrace was breathtaking, and the room had all the modern amenities we needed. As a budget-conscious traveler, I felt the value was exceptional.

That the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in certain areas of the room, but that didn't detract much from our overall experience.

Dear Hotel Madrid was a fantastic choice for my stay with an 8-month-old baby in Madrid. The central location allowed for easy exploration of landmarks like El Retiro Park and Cybele Palace. The rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing oasis, perfect for family bonding. The staff's friendliness and professionalism, especially with personalized breakfast service by Jorge, truly made the stay memorable.

I chose Dear Hotel due to its proximity to Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofia, and I was pleasantly surprised by the Free Hi-speed WiFi service and the delicious array of Ibérico ham, fruit, and organic yogurts at the buffet. The rooftop Sky Lounge with a pool and contemporary cuisine was a fantastic bonus.

Disappointed pool wasn't usable. Would've liked more coverage at outside bar and 2 chairs on balcony.
